Shipping & Delivery
No, we currently only deliver to addresses within New Zealand.
We use a contactless delivery system with NZ Couriers.
Unless you have provided other instructions, the courier will leave your package on the doorstep
Once your parcel has been dispatched our team will send an email with a tracking code. You can also locate this tracking code when logging into your account if you have created one.
We deliver from Monday to Friday.
Allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Rural deliveries may be an additional 1-2 days on the standard delivery time.
$5 NZ wide. We only ship to New Zealand at this time.
Returns & Refunds
We do not provide a refund or exchange in the event you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully.
We will however honour our obligations under New Zealand Consumer Law should a product be deemed to be faulty or damaged in any way.
