We have put in place safe distance measures and demarcation points within our store from which we are picking, processing and despatching your orders.

During this unprecedented time we are offering essential items only on line. Watch this space for our increased offerings as we gradually move out of the current COVID-19 protocols.

We aim to pick and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however under COVID-19 we ask you to be patient as our staff and courier partners are very busy processing orders.

For security purposes to protect your credit card information, we cannot accept orders over the phone.

Click & Collect is not currently available but something we are looking to introduce. Stay tuned

Shipping and Delivery

No, we currently only deliver to addresses within New Zealand

We use a contactless delivery system with NZ Couriers

Unless you have provided other instructions, the courier will leave your package on the doorstep

Once your parcel has been dispatched our team will send an email with a tracking code.  You can also locate this tracking code when logging into your account if you have created one.

We deliver from Monday to Friday

Allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Rural deliveries  may be an additional 1-2 days on the standard delivery time. Under COVID-19 protocols please be patient as some delivery windows may be extended due to additional health and safety protocols that have been implemented.

$7.50 NZ wide and free shipping on orders over $75.  We only ship to New Zealand at this time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not provide a refund or exchange in the event you have changed your mind.  Please choose carefully.

Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order with your order information and we will look to resolve the situation with urgency.
