We have partnered with NZ Couriers to offer a contactless home delivery service.

It is our intention that the majority of our product that is available in store will be online.

Our current priority is to increase our availability of our most popular cosmetic, health & beauty ranges.

No you are welcome to check out as a guest, however we recommend creating an account to make your next purchase easier.

Simply get in touch with our customer service team and they will be happy to help.

Our team are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible and we have taken the time to partner with freight providers to support us.    

For security purposes to protect your credit card information, we cannot accept orders over the phone.

Click & Collect is not currently available but something we are looking to introduce. Stay tuned

Shipping and Delivery

No, we currently only deliver to addresses within New Zealand

We use a contactless delivery system with NZ Couriers

Unless you have provided other instructions, the courier will leave your package on the doorstep

Once your parcel has been dispatched our team will send an email with a tracking code.  You can also locate this tracking code when logging into your account if you have created one.

We deliver from Monday to Friday

Allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Rural deliveries  may be an additional 1-2 days on the standard delivery time. 

$5 NZ wide and free shipping on orders over $50.  We only ship to New Zealand at this time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not provide a refund or exchange in the event you have changed your mind.  Please choose carefully.

We will however honour our obligations under New Zealand Consumer Law should a product be deemed to be faulty or damaged in any way. 

Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order with your order information and we will look to resolve the situation with urgency.
